Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.

TRANSIT TIMES
Standard U.S. shipping is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak volumes are outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES
• FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Real-time rates shown at checkout for other orders and expedited options.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship within the United States where hemp-derived CBD is permitted. We do not ship to PO boxes where restricted by carriers or to jurisdictions that prohibit hemp-derived products. If an order is placed to a restricted location, we will cancel and refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipment fees.

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For damaged-in-transit items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a claim.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We start processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, contact support@instarxrelief.com ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in fulfillment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
