SATISFACTION WINDOW
We want you to love Insta RX Relief. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY
• Unopened/unused items: Eligible for a refund to original payment method (less shipping).
• Lightly used topicals (first-time purchase): Eligible for a one-time store credit if the product does not meet expectations. We may ask for feedback/photos to help us improve.
• Final Sale items, samples, and gift cards are non-returnable.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@instarxrelief.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and, if approved, a return authorization (RMA).
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective. Use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
EXCHANGES
If you need the same item replaced, we’ll process it as a return + new order or issue store credit.
DISCLAIMERS
We cannot accept returns that violate health and safety standards (e.g., substantially used containers) or returns outside the 30-day window.
